Evening Yin Yoga & Meditation For Busy Women Who Need A Good Sleep...

You know that feeling when you’re physically exhausted but your brain is still running a marathon? When you lie down to sleep, but your mind is busy replaying conversations or writing tomorrow’s to-do list?

A Gentle Reset is for those nights, whether you turn up live for the vibe or use the session recording at your convenience.

This is a wildly gentle, 45-minute Yin yoga and meditation session designed to act as a bridge between the noise of your day and the rest you actually need. There are no complicated sequences and no need to 'work out'. In fact, you don't even need to change your clothes... comfy clothes are the encouraged uniform here.

Join from your bed, your sofa or your kitchen floor, sis! We're all in the same boat here.

What We’ll Do Together

  • The Brain Dump: With carefully crafted journal prompts we start by mentally unloading the day’s weight, giving your manager brain permission to clock off. You can either type it in the group chat box or in your own journal.

  • Soft Shapes: We’ll move into just 4 or 5 long, bed-based Yin poses. These are slow, quiet, and supported by your own pillows and blankets. But be prepared to find new length, space, and flexibility, minus the effort.

  • Quiet Transition: To close off the practice and give you some real peace, we'll observe a few minutes of meditation designed to help support busy minds.

    Everything is designed to soothe your nervous system, slowing your breath and softening your body so you can roll straight into a restful evening.

  • Session Recording Included: I'm all about making things easier. That's why you also get a recording of the session included in its entirety, sent straight to the email address you signed up with! So if you can't make it to the live or prefer to do things at your own pace, you can take the session whenever you want.

Session Recording Included

Timing is everything, so if you can't make the live time of Thursday 7:30 pm, no stress. Included in your booking price is a full session recording, sent straight to the email address you signed up with! I want you to know this space was made for you, for busy women who desperately need support but can't seem to fit it into their schedule.

So you can come along to the live if you can, or fit the practice into your life where it actually works for you, either way, you get the benefit of feeling restored, cared for and best of all... unleashed ;)

// This is your low-barrier, no-pressure space to finally stop performing and just be. Whether your camera is on or off, whether you’re on a yoga mat or in bed, you are welcome exactly as you are. No previous yoga experience needed, as this space is beginner-friendly first and foremost. //

The Important Parts

Time: 7.30pm, every other Thursday except holidays

Price: £5 A small investment for a much better night’s sleep. This includes a recording of the live session delivered to your inbox, so if you missed the live you can enjoy the session at a better time, as many times as you want - the recording is all yours.

Bring: Your cosiest clothes, some blankets, pillows or cushions, and your problems, as we're here for it all.

Camera: Off or on, you decide. You're never required to speak out loud but the lives are a real space to feel connection with other real people just like you, just sharing this nourishing space however you want to.

Beginner: Friendly. This won't be a sweaty moment, you'll be taking care of your mind and body in a way that's completely accessible and beginner-friendly whether you're a yoga queen or newbie.
