/// My Journey To Living Wildly & Gently

For years, I lived the hustle. I worked in content marketing, building strategies, chasing deadlines, and measuring my worth by productivity. From the outside, everything looked fine — I had stability, success, and the polished version of life I thought I was supposed to want. But inside, I felt disconnected and exhausted.

There was a whisper I couldn’t ignore anymore, a longing for something slower, something more real, something that honoured my natural softness and sensitivity, not to mention low energy.

What I discovered is this: our bodies and minds are not built for constant rushing, rigid schedules, or endless striving. We are built for presence. For movement that feels nourishing. For rest that restores us. For rhythms that align with the earth.

This is the heart of Wildly Gentle Yoga, creating small, accessible practices that invite you back into that same sense of freedom and connection, no matter how busy your life may feel.

I was living in a world that didn’t honor my instincts, my body, or the natural rhythms of life. I couldn’t ignore that feeling anymore. So, I made a choice. A big one...

Living In My Jeep

I took a leap of faith and decided to walk away from the corporate world and live life on my own terms. I spent six months living out of my converted jeep with my dog, waking up to the sunrise and spending my days in nature. It wasn’t always easy, but it was real, raw, and freeing.

I learned so much about what it means to truly live in alignment with nature, how to listen to the world around me and trust my instincts. But more importantly, I realized that our bodies and minds aren’t meant to be confined by walls and rigid schedules. We are meant to move, to explore, and to connect deeply with the earth...

Teaching Yoga & Meditation

During that time, I wasn’t just living in nature; I was diving deeper into myself. I wanted to better understand how to truly nourish my body, mind, and soul. That’s when I became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, and then furthered my journey by earning a Diploma in Meditation Coaching.

Yoga taught me the importance of slowing down, of tuning in to my body’s wisdom, and meditation helped me find stillness in a chaotic world. These tools weren’t just for physical flexibility; they helped me grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I learned how to cultivate inner peace, which was a far cry from the constant busyness I had been used to.

Building My Off-Grid Tiny Home

My journey wasn’t just about personal transformation... it was about creating a life that would honor my newfound sense of freedom and primal wisdom. So, I built my own off-grid tiny house on wheels in the UK.

Yes, you read that right... I physically built it with my own hands. I learned the ins and outs of off-grid living—solar power, rainwater collection, composting toilets, and creating a home that was fully aligned with the earth’s natural systems. This experience taught me the beauty and power of self-sufficiency and the importance of living sustainably in a world that often promotes wastefulness and disconnection...

Healing with Nature – The Path of Ecotherapy

During my off-grid journey, I also discovered the healing power of nature on a deeper level. I trained as a Certified Ecotherapist, learning how nature can be used as a tool for emotional and spiritual healing.

Through ecotherapy, I connected with the natural world in a profound way, tapping into its power to restore and regenerate. I realized that the land has wisdom, and through my work with it, I began to heal old wounds, clear mental blockages, and find deeper purpose.

Nature, I discovered, is not just an external environment, it’s a mirror of our inner world. By living in harmony with it, I found the clarity and strength to embrace my true path.

Building a Life That Nourishes You

The more I slowed down and reconnected with myself, the more I understood what truly sustains us: practices that honour our bodies, minds, and natural rhythms. Life doesn’t have to be about pushing harder or fitting into systems that leave us depleted. It can be about choosing gentleness, presence, and care.

For me, yoga became the foundation of that shift, not as a workout or a performance, but as a way to come home to myself. Through short, nourishing practices, I discovered how to release stress, restore energy, and move through life with more ease and self-compassion.
